Infuriated at the absence of former Delhi BJP president Vijender Gupta, a Delhi court on Monday warned Mr Gupta of coercive action if he fails to appear during framing of charges against him in a criminal defamation complaint lodged by Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit.
