The Gurgaon police arrested two youth on Monday for their alleged involvement in the murder of 22-year-old toll plaza attendant Umeshkant Pandey, who was shot dead for a mere `27 toll tax in the intervening night of Thursday-Friday.

The ongoing controversy regarding the issue of finance ministry note on 2G allocation was on Monday downplayed by Union law and justice minister Salman Khurshid stating that the document does not contain anything worrisome. “I have seen the note.
