The K word: Karma
If one were to compile a spiritual dictionary and A were to stand for ascension, B for breath and C for consciousness, the letter K would probably denote karma. The K word — karma — is a convenient peg on which to hang and attribute all our troubles to, when we find no explanation for all life’s trials and tribulations.
Rules to live life by
We live in very confusing times. Wh-ere right and wrong don’t exist any more as shades of black and white; where the lines of demarcation between them blur; where the ends to anything justify the means; where if you want something it seems fine to do anything on earth to get it; and where money, power, position, fame and success are considered the de facto Gods and are the only things that matter and to hell with everything else.
Food for spiritual thought
We live in an era of fast food — fast to cook, fast to eat as the ad goes. And we sometimes wolf down bite-sized chunks that we can eat on the run or whenever we can grab a few minutes in the middle of a busy day. Power of serenity
One of the common mistakes we make in our spiritual search is to assume that inner peace and serenity is something outside of us. That it exists in some other time and zone, that conditions have to be perfect (all problems must be out of

Dissipate that negative energy
There is something about an expansive, spotlessly clean, clutter free and well-lit environment that is very conducive to spirituality.
Hidden meaning in coincidence
There are times in our lives when things happen — in a totally unexpected way. Defying laws of probability, taking you by surprise, and in the long run, turning out to be a part of a bigger picture.
