CBI may file case in Adarsh scam today

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is set to register a regular case in connection with the Adarsh Cooperative Housing Society scam in a day or two.
Talking to this newspaper, Mr R.K. Gaur, Press Information Officer of the CBI, said, “A letter from defence ministry asking the CBI to conduct the probe has been received. The agency is in process of collection of relevant records and documents”. He, however, made it clear that the agency has not registered any case so far.
