Emma Watson
Known for: Hermione Granger has grown up and how! The Harry Potter star has metamorphosed from the sweet, bushy haired child to a diva with loads of attitude.
Style Statement: Emma has sported the best labels at the various red carpet events she frequents. While her preference earlier was for frocks and dresses, with her hair worn lose or in a sleek chignon, she now dresses edgier, more grunge than “little girl”. Her smile is also now, a little less self-conscious.
USP: Her new pixie haircut has won Emma even more fans, with fashion watchers comparing her to yesteryear actress Mia Farrow. But Emma says the haircut was just something she always wanted to try out and that freedom from filming the Harry Potter series gave her leave to experiment.
Robert Pattinson
Known for: Better known as his blood-sucking alter ego Edward Cullen, Robert put the “heat” back in “vampire”. But this Twilight star has shown that the effortless style he pulls off in the iconic series owes much to his own personality.
Style Statement: Robert can pull off the casual look just as well as the formal, dinner jacket one. For the signature Rob look, opt for well-tailored casual jackets worn with slim-fitting trousers in dark shades like navy blue, black and grey. Depending on the event, Rob pairs his suits with either a casual T-shirt, checked shirt or the classic starched shirt.
USP: His rumpled hair and insouciant grin add much to his style. Fashion mags laud Rob for popularising the “dirty” look, which he offsets with a pair of sunglasses.
