SRK banned from Wankhede for 5 yrs

Kolkata Knight Riders owner Shah Rukh Khan has been banned from Wankhede Stadium for five years for allegedly misbehaving with Mumbai Cricket Associ-ation (MCA) officials after the game between Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians on Wednesday.
“The MCA managing committee is forced to ban Shah Rukh Khan from entering Wankhede Stadium for a period of five years. It was a unanimous decision,” MCA president Vilasrao Deshmukh said after the state association’s managing committee meeting on Friday.
The ban applies to all matches, both domestic and international.
The ban, however, is not final as IPL chairman Rajiv Shukla maintained that the BCCI would have the final say in the matter. Mr Shukla had on Thursday clarified to this newspaper that state bodies could only recommend a ban, but not enforce it. “The matter will be decided by the BCCI in its working committee meeting,” he said.
However, it’s not all bad news for the actor. The police on Friday claimed that it would not be registering a case against Khan. The actor’s statement will also not be recorded in the incident as a non-cognisable case has been filed in the incident “We have so many serious pending cases with us…the MCA and SRK brawl is not on our priority list,” a top police officer told this newspaper, adding, “Both MCA and Khan are doing whatever they want to do regarding the incident and we will not interfere in that. We have asked our officers to refrain from issuing media statements on the issue.”

Whether “SRK, man handled the

Whether “SRK, man handled the Security guard & other officials of MCA or gave blows or abused them or threatened them.” If not, why ban on SRK.

Wankhede stadium is not the ancestral property of MCA. MCA is not a permanent governing body of Wankhede public stadium. It shall not exceed its responsibility & limit. No Authority can ban entry of any person in the public stadium. MCA are not the law makers for the wankhede stadium.

Unless, any person is threat to public by firing in air or created panic leading to stampede & deaths in the stadium. Such ban cannot be implemented. Only relevant court judgments can issue a ban order like that. It is a ridiculous action of MCA and may lead to losing their membership for such type of ban beyond their capacity.

SRK is the owner of Kolkata team. He has right to celebrate along with his children & aides. SRK is a customer of MCA getting large earnings to MCA. Security guard Dalvi before stopping SRK should have consulted his chief officer.

MCA should have allowed SRK & his children & his security to enter the ground to celebrate his team success with conditions like time limit & ban on fireworks, etc.

" MCA want to kill the goose that lays golden eggs?"

What happened to Australia Cricket Board when a Kerry packer was not given TV rights in 1976. That resulted in Packer Series which became the most popular cricket series of the world. The ACB pressure on players to ban the players of Packer series from test matches divided the Australian cricket team into two groups. Finally Australia crashed to 3-0 defeat, surrendering the Ashes won two years before.

SRK produced “MY NAME IS KHAN” when he was detained by US airport security for few hours because of his name KHAN. He has wealth, support of fans, good public image and wealthy friends. Am afraid if SRK decided to run IPL privately by in his own stadium. MCA will go BANKRUPT.

SRK returned back. Any other person in the jubilant mood would have forced entry into the ground along with his children and security. Of course he is the owner of his team.

In 1986 security guard of Dalamal tower would not allow my ‘BEST’ Emergency VEHICLE entry during night time. Even after my driver & helper explained about switch operation. When I used my wireless set to contact police control room. He opened the gate & apologized to me & pleaded not to complain, lest he will lose the job.

Dalvi confessed that SRK did not hit him or pushed him but his aides told ‘yeh ground hum ney kharid liya hai” and pushed him. Then Dalvi should lodge a complained accordingly . SRK cannot be blamed for that.

Dalvi has been sent on leave. Why?
If SRK file a suit of defamation against Dalvi along with his misbeavior and manhandling to his children. Then what will happen to Dalvi?

"Ab Tera Kya Hoga RE Dalvi ????

Police has declared the case registered by Dalvi & MCA officials is non cognizable and SRK will not be called to police station.

"Dalvi Teri Khatiya Khadi" in mumbai's slang language.
