Man throws ink at Ramdev, arrested

Yoga guru Baba Ramdev was targeted by an agitated youth who threw black ink on his face for refusing to answer his query on the controversial Batla House encounter at the Constitution Club on Saturday where he was addressing a press conference.

The incident sparked widespread condemnation and a war of words between Congress and the Opposition BJP, who blamed the incident on the UPA government’s “designs.”
The supporters of yoga guru caught Kamran and assaulted him. His shirt was torn and he was seen bleeding when the police arrived at the spot and whisked him away to Parliament street police station where a case under sections 153 (promoting enmity among communities) and 355 (criminal assault) of IPC was registered against him.
