Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Saturday presented President's police medals to 11 CBI officers including joint director O.P. Galhotra who investigated bofors scam, the then joint director Arun Kumar who led the probe into Aarushi Murder case and Rishi Raj Singh who arrested Buta Singh's son on corruption charges.
