After the reported arrest of German girl rape convict Bittihotra Mohanty, alias Bitti, by the Kerala police from Kannur on Friday evening, his father and former Orissa director general of police (home guard) Bidya Bhusan Mohanty has disappeared from his residence at CDA Colony in Cuttack, nearly 30 km from here.
