John directs a scene
John Abraham is certainly enjoying the best phase in his career but there is no room for complacency in his attitude. After a glorious turn as a producer he has now gone back to acting commitments and is busy wrapping up the shoot of Race 2 right now. But a certain incident on the sets of the film prompted him to pick up the camera this time.
The actor, who shares good relations with nearly everyone in the industry, is also known as someone who values people’s contribution to his films. This was proved once again during the shoot of Race 2, when a stuntman nearly injured himself while performing a dangerous stunt. According to eyewitnesses, John was enraged with the lack of adequate safety measures taken during the shoot. An otherwise calm and composed John was seen in a foul mood. “The stunt man didn’t use harness for a particular shot. That’s when John intervened and instructed him to use safety measures while performing such stunts,” a source said.
“I am aware of the risks that people take while executing such dare devil stunts. I’d never want anyone to go to extreme lengths for a shot,” said the actor, who then took charge of filming the high voltage sequence. This is the first time that John has gone behind the camera. After acting and production, we wonder if he sees seem himself as a director anytime soon. Over to you John.

Wow, John is one the few Bollywood stars who showed his concern for the stunt man. Stunt men are poorly paid and made to all kinds of risky shots without the proper safety equipment. Glad John spoke up for them.
