Federer downs Nalbandian to reach Wimbledon last 16

Six-time champion Roger Federer sailed into the last 16 at Wimbledon here on Saturday, defeating David Nalbandian of Argentina in straight sets 6-4, 6-2, 6-4.

Federer now faces either Nicolas Almagro of Spain or Russian 18th seed Mikhail Youzhny in the next round for a place in the quarterfinals.
