Bhupathi-Bopanna get nod? Vishnu may partner Paes

With the June 21 deadline to send tennis entries for the Olympics looming, the All India Tennis Association seems to have softened their stand.

It's learnt that the Aita has been pressurised to field two teams with Mahesh Bhupathi and Rohan Bopanna as the second pair.

Leander Paes, the highest ranked Indian doubles player, will partner Andhra Pradesh boy Vishnu Vardhan, who won back-to-back ITF Futures titles recently.

The Aita is likely announce the team on Wednesday evening.
