Simple rules to spice up your love life

Heating up the bedroom can be difficult, like getting into Position No. 20 (which you can’t get your body into anyway). No matter what the problem, you and your man can still power through and have the sex you have always dreamed of.

Burning up. Exercising will help you in getting in the mood, but it can also increase testosterone levels, which increases pleasure during sex.

Shopping habits show how likely women are to commit in relationships; those that are happy after a purchase tend to be happy with their partner, while those who shop around after getting the item they wanted, tend to have issues with commitment.

Go get ‘em. Despite the traditional rule of waiting for the guy to make the first move, women who approached their guys first were more likely to find their guy attractive.

The old saying “opposites attract” is true. Couples who share too many traits will have more conflicts than those who come from different backgrounds.

Heart health. People with higher “bad” cholesterol have “fewer orgasms and are less aroused, mentally and physically.”

“That was soooo sweet!” Watching romantic movies together and cuddling (it’s inevitable; just face it), women have increased levels of oxytocin, which signifies bonding.

“We.” A couple that refers to themselves as a unit or a pair is happier than one that refers to each partner individually. In this way couples show that they are bonding and sharing something they enjoy.

Telling a positive story of how you and your man met can be a sign that your relationship is healthy. Couples that used negative or unenthusiastic words tended to break up later on.

Linking arms. While there are some areas of the body that are more well known for making couples feel romantic, touching the arm can make you feel lovey-dovey too!

Sniffing you out. Women are drawn to men with body odors that have a different immunity from theirs. That’s evolutionary!

I want to begin with a little story that was told to me by a leading executive at Aptech. He was exercising in a gym with a lot of younger people.

Shekhar Kapur’s Bandit Queen didn’t make the cut. Neither did Shaji Karun’s Piravi, which bagged 31 international awards.
