Numeric, ridden by Miss Roopa, won the Ernakulam Plate, the prime event of the races on Saturday.
The winner, a property of R M Lakshmanan, is trained by R Foley.
Trainers Foley and B Suresh saddled four and three winners respectively while jockey M P Prem rode two winners. Four favourites obliged in a card of nine events.
