Vivek Oberoi has seen his fair share of highs and lows, both in his personal and professional life. But now, after matters of the heart have finally worked out for Vivek, his innings in the film industry are looking up as well. With two new films, Krish 2 and Zilla Ghaziabad about to hit the marquees in a while, Vivek has a fresh shot at reestablishing himself as a talent to reckon with.
“It is tough working on two films simultaneously, but I’ve always loved challenges,” says Vivek with his trademark grin. Of course, with Vivek’s penchant for getting into the skin of his characters, whether it was in the acclaimed Company, Saathiya or Shootout At Lokhandwala, switching from Zilla to Krish may call for a lot of effort. “The dialect, set-up and the entire feel of both Zilla and Krish are completely different,” Vivek says ruefully. “Certain things that I’ve to learn for Zilla, I have to unlearn for Krish. That will be quite a task!”
