Even before the dust on serial killings in the Uttar Pradesh health department could settle, another state official was found dead Tuesday night under mysterious circumstances in Barabanki district.
The mutilated body of Hritesh Rawat, an assistant accounts officer of the Lucknow Development Authority, was recovered with `80,000 cash and government files from the track in Barabanki district.
His car and mobile phone were also found nearby.
