Public sector Indian Bank has announced appointment of Chintaman Mahadeo Dixit and Narendra Kumar Agrawal as shareholder directors of the Bank with immediate effect.
Agrawal and FMCG company Cavinkare CMD C.K. Ranganathan were appointed as shareholders directors of the Bank on June 30, 2008.
Their three year term of office expired on June 30, 2011. Dixit has been appointed replacing Ranganathan while Agrawal has been re-elected for a second term, a bank release said.
They would hold office till June 30, 2014, it added.
