The body of a teenaged girl was found hanging in her bedroom at Perunna in Changanacherry, police said today.
Failure in getting admission to Plus one course was the reason for her taking the extreme step yesterday, family sources said.
The 16-year-old, who studied at the St Ann's school here, had got A plus grade in three subjects and A grade in two subjects.
