A crude explosive was found outside Gargi College in South Delhi on Monday, the police said. "The explosive was discovered outside the college around 12.20 PM," a police officer told IANS.
The bomb disposal squad and Delhi police special cell team have reached the spot. An official from the college said: "The police have recovered the bomb from outside the college."
