Rakeysh all set to don the producer’s hat now

After Delhi-6, director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra has donned the producer’s hat and is ready with a bouquet of four films. Seems like doing something else for a while will help him to get back in the groove. The producer is all set for the release of his Teen Thay Bhai starring Shreyas Talpade, Om Puri and Deepak Dobriyal. The film, being directed by Mrigdeep Singh Lamba, is a story of three brothers who hate each other but are forced to spend a night together.
Then he has Bhag Milkha Bhag being written by Prasoon Joshi. The film will be the first ever biographical film to be made on a sports icon in India, Padma Shri Milkha Singh. Popularly known as “the flying Sikh,” he is one of the greatest athletes India has ever produced. Our source says, “Incidentally, Rakeysh Mehra stayed with Milkha Singh and recorded the events of his life over a period of two weeks. The film chronicles events that the world has not known before.” Another interesting film is Bhairavi, named after his daughter. The film will star the entire Bachchan family, although is currently on hold.
