Punj Lloyd on Tuesday said it has bagged a contract for the construction of two commercial buildings in a township being developed by the Hirco Group at its Special Economic Zone at Panvel, Maharashtra.
The township — Hiranandani Palace Gardens — is a part of Hirco’s Panvel SEZ in Maharashtra and
is expected to be completed within 24 months.
“The contract entails the construction of two commercial buildings and a podium, adding up to a built-up area of about 2 million square feet. The first of the two buildings will be completed within 12 months,” Punj Lloyd said in a statement.
