Rebel Congress MP and son of Former AP chief minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy, Jaganmohan Reddy says he is resigning as a Lok Sabha member, according to a five-page 'open letter' by him.
His mother Vijayalakshmi is also set to quit as MLA.
