A RSS activist has filed a defamation case against Congress general secretaries Rahul Gandhi and Digvijay Singh at a court here for comparing the saffron outfit with terrorist organisations.
RSS activist Mukesh Pedwa has filed a case against Mr Rahul and Mr Singh in the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class D K Singh under IPC sections 500 (defamation) and 153 (provocative statements).
The court heard the preliminary statements today and posted the matter for further hearing on November 22, Pedwa's lawyer Minesh Pandey told reporters here. According to Pandey, Mr Singh had recently compared the RSS with Lashkar-e-Tayyaba, while Mr Rahul had compared it with banned outfit Simi.
