In yet another horrific incident shaming the nation’s capital, a 15-year-old Class 10 student was allegedly kidnapped by two persons and raped in a moving SUV.
The accused kidnapped the girl from West Delhi, but their vehicle’s tyres deflated in 15 minutes. They then called a friend who came in another SUV, in which they raped the girl. This was reported from West Delhi’s Uttam Nagar area.
A senior police officer said the main accused, Parshu Ram, worked with a multinational restaurant chain in Gurgaon.
Manoj, the cab driver, lived at Bakkarwla village in Outer Delhi.
