Americans are happiest on Sundays, in mornings and evenings and most gloomy on Thursdays and mid-afternoons, according to a Northeastern University research based on millions of Twitter messages. In a “Pulse of the Nation” study, computer scientist Alan Mislove at Northeastern found that the “tweets” suggested that the US west coast is happier than the east coast.
Across the country, happiness peaks each Sunday morning, with a trough on Thursday evenings. Researchers used the 140-character-long Twitter messages to glean the mood of the nation.

Los Angeles: Highly shocking and racy images of actress Angelina Jolie are currently doing the rounds on the Internet.
The images published by Star Magazine see the 35-year-old actress flashing her assets in bondage gear, with black tape and wearing a dog leash around her neck, and a cigarette hanging out of her mouth, while donning impeccable make-up and hair, AceShowbiz reported online.
The eight images, titled “The Photos That Will Tear Them Apart” by the magazine have been taken from an unauthorised biography by Andrew Morton, set to come out in August.
