With the claim that its probe into the conspiracy leading to the Ishrat Jahan fake encounter was complete, the CBI is ready to file a supplementary chargesheet naming former Intelligence Bureau officials as accused.
CBI sources said: “The supplementary charge-sheet will be based on scientific evidence collected during the probe. Besides, findings of documents provided by the home ministry and analysis of the conduct of former IB officials before and after the encounter will be a crucial part of the chargesheet.”
