Priyanka Chopra’s music career seems to be going great guns. The actress, who is all set to launch her video with Pitbull, has also penned the lyrics for a Hindi song.
“It’s a project that is close to her heart. No one else but Priyanka knew the exact words that she wanted for the song. All it took her was 10 minutes to jot down the words. This is the first time that she has ever written lyrics for a song,” say sources close to PC. As far as the video is concerned, Priyanka is giving her 100 per cent to it as well. “For Priyanka, it’s all about re-discovering and challenging yourself. The thought of writing never occurred to her till she actually sat down and took charge. It didn’t take her long to make the decision. And neither did she spend too much time in writing the lyrics,” adds the source.
One thing’s for sure, this superstar thrives on spontaneity.
