Hyderabad: While assuring them that it will look into their grievances, the Congress High Command made it clear to the critics of the Chief Minister that they will have to cooperate with Kiran Kumar Reddy, and told them plainly that they were not to create any problems for him.
This message was conveyed by the Congress’ central leadership to the state leaders they have met over the last few days, including Union minister Chiranjeevi, PCC president Botsa Satyanarayana, and Deputy Chief Minister Damodar Raja Narasimha.At the same time, the leaders were told that changes would be made both in the party and government set-up in the state by the end of June. The Congress president, Sonia Gandhi, told Raja Narasimha on Thursday that he will have to bury his differences with the CM.
In the case of endowment minister Ramachandraiah whose public outbursts and criticism of the CM are loud and clear, the High Command told Chiranjeevi very clearly that he should drop a word in the minister’s ear to fall in line otherwise action will be taken against him.
