Ranbir impressed with Dhanush

Ranbir Kapoor has just come out of a super tight schedule of promotions of his film Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani and is now basking in the super success of the film. Only recently, he happened to see the rushes of Dhanush’s debut Hindi film Raanjhnaa.

Ranbir, who is not known to be generous with his compliments, is said to be impressed by Dhanush’s work. A few days ago he even met Dhanush at a suburban studio. “Ranbir told Dhanush that despite not being too well versed with Hindi, on screen he looks at ease. Ranbir invited Dhanush and his wife Aishwarya to his bungalow Krishna Raj for dinner,” says Ranbir’s spokesperson.
The young superstar has also expressed his desire to work with Dhanush when a good script comes their way. “Ranbir is confident that Dhanush will break the myth about Southern stars finding it difficult to make it in Bollywood. Yes, there is a lot of pressure on Dhanush but the support and encouragement from superstars like Ranbir might make things easier for him,” say close sources.
Dhanush, who is scheduled to be in Mumbai in a few days time, will be meeting Ranbir and his parents.
And we smell the beginnings of a new filmy friendship.
