After playing a rockstar, a college student and a mute lover, Ranbir Kapoor will now be seen essaying the role of travel buff for his film, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. The actor will play a charming travel buff, Bunny, who is a videographer with a travel channel — a dreamer and a wanderer who has a hunger for travel and exploring the world.
Ranbir believes that his character resonates with his personality. He revels in randomness, unplanned trips, unprepared quests and unexpected twists in his journey.
As part of his preparation for the role, Ranbir travelled to destinations like Manali, Udaipur and Paris to capture the moments of the movie. Talking about his experience he says, “My character is someone every traveller desires to be. He is carefree, has a passion for adventure and wants to capture every moment of his journey. The entire team bonded as travel enthusiasts.”
