Seven ministers of the Shettar Cabinet, three MPs, five MLCs and 21 MLAs attended the breakfast meeting of Yeddyurappa loyalists at party MLC Shivaraj Sajjan’s residence on Sunday but none of the ministers turned up at the public rally, an indication that despite his posturing in public, Mr Yeddyurappa was still in two minds whether he should topple the government and earn a bad name.
The former CM also set the tone for his campaign for the forthcoming Assembly election claiming the BJP betrayed him by not making him BJP state president or CM again.
