Vijay Sai Reddy, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s financial advisor, who had last week sought permission from the CBI Special Court to go to Delhi to answer the notice served by the Enforcement Directorate in relation to Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy’s disproportionate assets case, has still not appeared before the EED.
According to Ashok Reddy, Mr Vijay Sai Reddy’s counsel, his client was supposed to appear before the Enforcement Directorate on October 25, but did did not have the necessary permission from the Special Court.
“On receiving the order, we informed the Enforcement Directorate in Delhi, but so far, we haven’t got any intimation on the next date fixed by them,” he said.
