Preity plays hide and seek with paparazzi

Preity Zinta who flew into Mumbai airport last night, wasn’t expecting the media waiting to welcome her. And as a matter of fact, they weren’t. The paparazzi had gathered to get a glimpse of Hollywood hottie and the Butterfly Effect actor, Ashton Kutcher. But Ashton never turned up and the focus automatically shifted to Preity who was taken by surprise.

Now limelight isn’t really alien to Preity, but the actress was seen fiercely and almost suspiciously, hiding her face from the shutterbugs. This is not the first time that the paparazzi have been waiting at the airport gates to welcome an actress returning from an international sojourn. But while most of them choose to go for monster-sized aviators or a burkha in Mallika Sherawat’s case, Preity’s desperate attempts to shield her face with her hands and lustrous mane raised some questions.
“Everybody started wondering if the actress had gone under the knife during the tour because it’s rather unusual for someone to guard one’s face fiercely. It’s a guess though, since Preity didn’t let anyone steal a glance,” says an eye witness.
