They say nothing succeeds like success. Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who is riding high on the back-to-back successes of Kahaani and Gangs of Wasseypur, is brimming with confidence these days — a little too much for his own good.

The actor, who doesn’t mince his words, has dared to take on the industry with his sharp comments. Hinting at the top brass of Bollywood actors, Nawaz said that good looks and six packs cannot help an actor survive in the industry. He says, “If audiences like me, they will accept my appearance. I don’t believe in slogging it out at the gym. I’d rather use that time to attend workshops and rehearsals for my films.”
Apparently, he has also refused to play second fiddle to other actors. “After the success of GOW, I have decided not to play anything but the lead role in my films,” Nawaz said.
Be it attitude or confidence — this man surely dares to be different.
