Most hotels have asked their security staff to prevent sex workers from walking the streets looking for customers. The ironically named Roxanne was one such sex worker, who was out in the cold in a skimpy mini-skirt. “The World Cup has failed to bring in the cheer for us. The hotels have asked their security to not let us in. And, with the police giving us a hard time as usual our work is being affected,” she said.
