‘I’ve an inherent sense of style’

After having tried her hand at films for a while now, Soha Ali Khan is all set to make her small screen debut. And, the petite actress is visibly excited about the change. “Frankly, I don’t think it’s fair to categorise any medium of entertainment. Yes, being on TV is as much fun as it is to be up on the silver screen. The visibility and the reach is stupendous,” says Soha.

The actress will soon be seen in a fashion-and-style-based-show. How confident is she about her own style quotient? “I think my brother, me and the entire family have an inherent style and fashion sense. A large part of the credit goes to my parents who have been style icons in my view,” she says. Soha insists that to host a show like this, one needs a certain amount of confidence and belief. “When I was asked to host the show, I had to ask myself whether I have the the confidence to give a makeover to a lay man. And the answer was ‘yes!’ I’ve always been confident about myself, so half the battle was won. The other half will be achieved by the TRP’s of the show,” she adds.
Soha’s elder brother Saif and Kareena’s wedding has been in the news for a while now and the Pataudi family has learned to face and dodge the questions about the Nawab’s big fat wedding. So when we asked Khan’s little sister about it, she chose to remain tight-lipped on the issue. “We’ll talk about it when we finalise everything. I really don’t want to reveal much at this point,” says the actress or should we say TV show host.
