Arjun Atwal, the lone Indian in fray, played two practice rounds with buddy and World No.1 Tiger Woods but will have the American duo of Jason Gore and Jim Herman for company in the first two rounds of the US Open.
Atwal, primed for his maiden US Open appearance at the Pebble Beach Golf Links, played two practice rounds on Tuesday with his Florida neighbour and friend Woods, along with Dustin Johnson.
The lanky Indian, not in the best of form recently, booked one of the seven tickets up for grabs at the Woodmont Country Club last week. —PTI
