Rs 1 crore cash, jewellery seized from Fiza’s house

The Chandigarh police on Thursday found Rs 1 crore cash and jewellery in the house of Anuradha Bali alias Fiza, the estranged second wife of former Haryana deputy chief minister Chandermohan, said sources.

According to the police, notes in denominations of 1000 and 500, jewellery and few CD's were found.

The cash was seized from the cupboard kept in the bedroom while the CD's were kept in a safe located in another room.

Fiza was on Monday found dead in her house in Mohali. The body of 39-year-old Fiza, a former Assistant Advocate General of Haryana, was found in her bedroom in a highly decomposed state.
