Delhi court rejects Gopal Kanda's anticipatory bail plea

Delhi court rejected anticipatory bail plea of former Haryana Minister Gopal Goyal Kanda in connection with Geetika Sharma's suicide case.

Earlier on Thursday Kanda, fearing arrest in ex-airhostess Geetika Sharma suicide case sought anticipatory bail from a Delhi court, saying she was a 'hypersensitive girl' with 'mixed emotions of love and hatred towards him' and she might have been 'jilted'.

Geetika Sharma (23), a former air hostess with Kanda's MDLR airline, had alleged in her suicide note that she was ending her life due to harassment by Kanda and MDLR official Chaddha.
