Arjun wasn’t invited to Dippy’s Cocktail bash

Arjun Rampal and Deepika Padukone go back a long way: Dippy made her debut opposite Arjun (in a sense) with Om Shanti Om while the actors made for a pair of fine-looking siblings in Housefull. Yet, there was an awkward moment between them when Dippy threw a bash celebrating the success of Cocktail.

For while Arjun was snapped among the celebrity guests at the party, he admitted to us that Dippy hadn’t invited him to the do at all!
But before you get any ideas about Arjun being a gatecrasher, we’ll let you in on the truth: Arjun and his friends just happened to be at the same venue where Dippy had organised her bash. “Arjun hadn’t been invited to the party, so there was a bit of an awkward moment there when he walked in and realised Deepika and her pals were at the same venue,” said a guest who was also present at the bash.
Dippy then walked up to Arjun and asked him to join in the celebrations. “Dippy’s bash was more of a girls’ night out so Arjun was visibly uncomfortable. However, he graciously joined in, and left early so the Cocktail team had their space,” our source added.
“I wasn’t invited for the party. I believe the Cocktail team was celebrating. I was at the venue with my own friends,” Arjun confirmed.
