Reports claim American supership USS Enterprise is in Pak territorial waters

With drone strikes continuing in Pakistan against elements of al-Qaeda and the country refusing to arrive at a deal with United States over the Nato supply route, America has moved the nuclear-powered USS Enterprise into Pakistani territorial waters.

Media reports indicate the carrier is currently near Gawadar city in Balochistan province.

“After the deployment of the aircraft in Pakistani sea the country’s security agencies are now investing into the matter. The movement apparently shows the increasing interest of the US in Balochistan province of Pakistan,” Pakistani website The News Tribe quoted sources as saying.

The supercarrier Enterprise is the world's first nuclear-powered aircraft carrier and one of the largest warships in the world.

The ship has been an integral part of the 'War on terror campaign' and has been a part of several multinational exercises.
