Q What kind of investor you are?
I am a big investor in terms of real estate, but don’t invest much in mutual funds and other stuff.
Q Who advises you in your investment strategy?
Generally I am open to any kind if ideas that come about my way, but my parents advise me the best.
Q What is the investment mantra that you follow?
I invest in stuff that excites me. I also look for returns surely but the idea that it gives me a return should keep me occupied and interested. For example, I would invest in an idea that excites me than in any known commodity, which is quite boring.
Q How do you rate yourself in terms of your risk appetite?
I love taking risks in terms of investing small scale industries. However, I would prefer to know about the project and learn the trade before going large scale.
