Loose scrotum does not affect the testes

QI am a 31 year-old man who got married seven months back. My problem is that right from the start, my wife and I cannot enjoy sex as I have premature ejaculation. Earlier I was addicted to masturbation, could that be the reason? I am otherwise a healthy man.

Your habit of not wearing underwear may make your scrotum hang loose, but it will not cause any damage to the testes. It will only have a cosmetic effect.
