CM wants Metro work expedited

Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy directed L&T and Hyderabad Metro Rail project officials to expedite the work of the project.

After reviewing the progress of the project, the CM instructed the HMR and L&T officials to ensure that the work does not in any way affect the Biodiversity Convention to be held in the city from October 1-19, 2012. He directed officials to ensure that water pipelines and other infrastructure are not damaged.
