Mani makes full recovery after horror accident in TN district.

Mani, a pet dog belonging to a milk man in Thumabalahalli village, near Karaimangalam, 15 kilometres from Dharmapuri in Tamil Nadu, offered prayers following his recovery after a road accident a few months ago.

Mani was found as a puppy by P.Thangavelu, 43, during a milk-delivery trip.

A few months ago the dog was hit by a van and was found lying in a pool of blood.

He was shifted to a local veterinary doctor who said the pet had suffered irreparable injury to its hind legs.

Heartbroken, Thangavelu's family then offered prayers at the local temple.

Miraculously, Mani made a full recovery and is now the district's pride as many watch the dog actually deliver milk to homes from the local cooperative society - in a little cart.
