A 22-year-old married woman was allegedly killed for dowry in Bhaganpur village in Munshiganj area here, police said on Friday.
Manju succumbed to burn injuries on Thursday after which her brother lodged an FIR against her in-laws for demanding dowry and killing her for the same.
The police has detained her husband Shyam Sunder.
