Veteran Shiv Sena leader Suresh Jain, arrested in connection with a housing scam, was admitted to a hospital on Tuesday after he complained of high blood pressure.
Jain, who was earlier produced at a local court on completion of his nine-day remand, was further remanded in custody till March 30.
As he was being shifted to jail, he complained of high blood pressure and was taken to a hospital at Amalner primary health centre in the evening before being shifted to another hospital in Jalgaon.
