Deadly car bombing hits Syria's Aleppo: NGO

A car bomb blew up on Sunday in Syria's northern city of Aleppo, leaving dead and wounded, a monitoring group said.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, in a statement, said the blast targeted the postal service building in the city.

In Damascus, state news agency SANA also reported a car bomb attack, saying it exploded between two residential buildings.
