Congress MP Vijay Bahuguna will be the next chief minister of Uttarakhand, senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad announced here on Monday.
"It was decided by the MLAs and all the party leaders that Vijay Bahuguna will be the chief minister," Azad announced.
Bhaguna is the Lok Sabha MP from Tehri.
