America's Fox News has reported that the Federal Bureau of Investigation has foiled a 'planned' attack in the US Capitol building in Washington D.C.
The report claimed that the man, in his 30s, was nabbed carrying a vest 'supposedly packed with explosives'.
Undercover FBI agents are understood to have interrogated the man, reported to be of Moroccan descent.
